Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to other patients who may need care. There is no fee for cancellations or no-shows, but we appreciate your courtesy in letting us know.
Prescription Refills
For prescription refills, we ask that you schedule an office visit so we can review how you're doing with your current medications. This allows us to assess whether any adjustments are needed before continuing your prescriptions. Please contact our office to schedule a medication review appointment.
Telehealth / Virtual Visits
We do not offer telehealth or virtual visit services at this time. We believe in the value of in-person care and the thorough examinations it allows. Please visit us at one of our two convenient locations.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major insurance plans. Please verify your coverage before your visit. Co-pays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For patients without insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates.
